A senior engineer's full-time work (40 hours per week, in your timezone), embedded directly in your team's tools and processes. The price covers Vietnamese taxes, social insurance, equipment, office space, and HR overhead, you only see one line item.

Monthly invoice in USD, NET-15 payment via wire transfer or Wise. Engineers log hours in your project-management tool (Jira, Linear, Asana, etc.) so you have full transparency.

Every new engagement starts with a 2-week trial. If the engineer is not the right fit, you get a full refund of the trial period and walk away. Zero deposit means none of your money is at risk.

After the trial, our replacement guarantee covers performance issues: we swap the engineer within 1–2 weeks at no charge. Cancellation is also available month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
